Role:The successful Electronics Engineering Manager candidate will need to have experience of the full product design lifecycle, good self-motivation, great interpersonal skills and a consistent track record in product development and manufacturing.In turn, as the Electronics Engineering Manager you will take lead of a highly innovative Electronics Design Engineering team in all aspects of offering a helping hand of coaching, mentoring, supporting, in Football Terms acting like MikelArteta, Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola as well providing personal and product development, whilst maintaining individual technical contributions. The Electronics Engineering Manager will have an excellent opportunity to use electronics design experience to engage, nurture, and grow talent within the fantastic team to win and develop relationships across the diverse Engineering departments.This consist of daily interactions with the R&D Director, Mechanical and Software engineering teams, Program managers and in house Manufacturing engineers assisting production. In this role, you will work across the organisation to develop and maintain thenext generation of world class engineering products from scratch through to manufacturing completion.Electronics Engineering Manager key skills:

• 5-10+ years industry minimum experience
• Experience of team leadership, coaching, mentoring & project management
• Coaching or management qualifications is applicable
• Previous or present experience of being a Senior Electronics Engineer, Lead, Principal, Architect Electronics Design Engineer
• Successful experience in the product design lifecycle – from concept to introduction into manufacturing
• Experience of Electronics Circuit Design (analogue/digital)
• PCB Design & Schematic Capture
• Design of products using CAE tools, integrating simulations, schematics and modelling, layout design and software.
• Comprehensive knowledge on topics involving electronics engineering from first principles, complex system integration, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Test and validation of designs, with familiarity in prototyping, debugging, and modelling
• Knowledge and experience of microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Passionate, friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Desirable nice to have skills:

• Experienced in safety regulations, EMC, LVD, thermal management
• Ability to write software including Embedded C, VHDL, Assembler and Linux
• Experience of Power Electronics - High voltage circuits, power supplies
• High-speed digital circuits
• Mechanical integration a distinct advantage
