Job Description

Adecco are looking for a customer support team member to join their office in Fen Drayton on a temp to perm basis. This role is suitable for a customer focused individual who would like an office-based role.You will be an active member of the office team to assist in maximising sales and you will be responsible for supporting the customer service department. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders using in-house software
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Following up on aftersales emails to ensure all interactions with customers and production are dealt with efficiently and professionally
  • Verify all customer orders and follow up on quotes
  • Properly file and organise all paperwork
  • Ensure all enquiries and customer requests are completed within agreed SLAs
Excellent customer service skills and comfort in speaking to a high volume of people over the phone is essential for you to succeed in this role.
