Role: Customer Service and Supply ManagerSalary: Circa £32,000paLocation: CambridgeshireThe role that holds customer orders together, this is a crucial role and an important recruit to this successful food business. We are searching for a leader who can run a team managing sales orders through to customer delivery. The Customer Service and Supply Manager will be responsible for delivering OTIF, managing and maintaining stock levels with the wider supply chain team and management of 3PLs. The team needs support and guidance while the business needs a manager who can look to improve processes and communicate effectively. Systems will be an important component, the business uses SAP, to manage their complex customer base in the UK and internationally. We are searching for someone who has had similar experience in the FMCG sector, previous roles may have been Customer Support Manager or Outbound Manager. Team management is important as we need leadership in the team. The right mindset is important, so an individual who enjoys a challenge and has a continuous improvement mindset. ERP/MRP experience is important with SAP desirable. Underpinning this all you must be a strong communicator. This is an exciting role which will have some good challenges.
