My clients are looking to expand their team with a highly experienced costs draftsman/lawyer so we can continue to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible client care, without compromising on quality.You will be joining a team of skilled cost lawyers and costs draftsman, based in St Ives Cambridgeshire but with the unlimited opportunity to work from home during the current pandemic, with the opportunity to continue remote working long-term.Our team are highly experienced, covering all aspects of costs litigation dealing frequently with multi-million-pound catastrophic injury and clinical negligence claims. In addition, our expertise spans (but not limited to) Court of Protection, Legal Aid,Commercial, Litigant in Person, housing disputes and contentious probate costs.We pride ourselves on offering a cradle to grave service, from early advices during litigation, to preparation of costs budget and attending CCMCs, through to preparing complex electronic bills of costs, drafting points of dispute/reply, and dealing withnegotiations through to attending detailed assessments on behalf of our clients.We are looking for a highly motivated individual to hit the ground running and join our team; with the ability to pick up all types of costs work, able to prioritise their caseload, and willing to go that extra mile for our clients.You must be adaptable, self-motivated and work well without supervision with an ability to meet targets.
