Job Description

Job Title: Consulting Agent -Location: UK-Cambridgeshire-St IvesSalary: Starting salary is £19,000 after 9 months of successful training will increase to £20,000. after 18 months to £21,000.+ Commission Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday - Friday = 08:30 - 16:30 Week 2: Monday & Friday = 10:00 - 18:00 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday = 10:30 - 18:00 Saturday = 08:30 - 16:00 .Overview:Insurance Technician for both our Sales and Service Team. Sales is not an aggressive sales environment, note above about full training being provided. Classroom, Academy through to graduation to the Contact Centre. Full support and coaching are provided throughoutthe entirety of your employment with us. We love to see people succeed and help them to get there. Note that no experience is necessary. The purpose of these roles are to maximise customer sales and providing an enhanced customer experience post sale. Opportunities will arise from both inbound and outbound activity. You must provide excellent customer service and effective administration toensure a smooth journey for the customer. You will be working in the bespoke market dealing with unique vehicles and can experience exciting opportunities such as career mapping and meeting our customers face to face at events.     • Answering inbound telephone calls.
    • Making outbound telephone calls (no "cold calling")
    • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Effectively communicate with customers to provide relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing the customer to make an informed decision.
    • Understand customers issues and recommend solutions.
    • Maximise targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.
    • Use all relevant information to optimise opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products.
    • Evidence excellent problem-solving capabilities
    • Manage time effectively to meet required business targets ensuring quality and accuracy requirements are met.
    • Commit to own personal development.
    • Adhere to Company processes with regards to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Data Protection Act (DPA) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) requirements.
