Job Description

I am working with the largest UK-based electronic chip manufacturer, who are looking for someone with experience of C++ and/or graphics to write technical documentation.They are a specialist Semiconductor Manufacturing company that produces the electronic chips used in the markets most favourable products. They were established in 1985 and have gone from start-up to a major competitor within the electronic industry, continuouslyinnovating new ideas and products to deliver to the global market. The company are powering more than 10 billion of the worlds most iconic electronic devices, from smartphones to smart TVs, from drones to self-driving cars.Salary: Circa £30k plus excellent benefitsThe company are very well known, and offer an excellent benefits package, progression, remote working (You will need to go to one of the 3 offices in the UK once or twice a month for meetings.) One of the biggest selling points is the prestige as this companyare huge and growing, and have some of the best talent in the UK working for them.This role sits within a team that supports external partners on how to use their chips, which focus on 2D and 3D rendering. Gaming companies build software that run on these chips and when they run into issues down to the complexity, they need to look atthe documentation, which is where this position comes in.Due to the complexity, you will need experience or a good understanding of C++.
