Hurren & Hope is working with a multi-disciplined firm of property and agribusiness consultants offering property services and consultancy in the U.K. They are currently looking for an experienced Agriculture & Environment Consultant to join their RuralTeam.A successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a farm manager or farm advisor. They will need to have good time management skills as the role involves travelling to farms and meeting clients. The role is 3 days a week in the office but thiscan become more flexible with a proven track record to meet targets. Ideally the candidate should have a degree in agriculture or similar.The role will include;Our Agriculture & Environment Team provides farm management and consultancy services at the farm gate and beyond. They work with clients to help them understand commodities markets, invest in technology and farm infrastructure, and adapt to the changing farmpolicy landscape. The ideal candidate will have;* Practical agricultural experience is desirable, or a proven track record of delivering advice on agricultural and environmental issues. * Applicants will be educated to degree level or higher and have some knowledge of farm budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
