Job Description

  • Multi skilled role covering Inbound and Outbound Warehouse tasks, to effectively receive, store and dispatch materials and goods, internally and externally, utilizing key systems and equipment to ensure customer needs are satisfied
  • To be proficient in all Warehouse department tasks through completion of the departmental training plans across all Inbound and Outbound activities to cover; booking in and receipting of goods, sampling of raw materials, locating stock, picking orders forProduction, picking UK orders and preparing Exports for despatch, to ensure customer demands are met
  • Be fully competent in operating all lifting equipment within the Warehouse fork lift truck fleet, through completion of the initial and ongoing training in line with industry standards, to ensure that all movement required are completed safely
  • Be fully competent with our systems. Upkeep the Warehouse Management System, following guidance outlined in our training manuals and SOPs to ensure accurate record keeping for all movements and transactions, including periodic cycle counts to provide traceabilityin line with government Home Office guidelines. Follow serialisation SOPs, in line with MHRA and counterfeit medicine guidelines to ensure full traceability of product in the EMVS
Qualifications Essential
  • Minimum Maths and English GCSEs and grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
Preferred
  • Fork lift truck trained
  • Experienced in Warehouse/ GMP/ GDP environments
  • Knowledge and skilled in Communication/Organised/Basic IT skills/English and Maths
