Job Description

I have partnered with a Cambridgeshire Trust that is looking to bring a new Finance Assistant to one of their sites. You will be joining an institution that is committed to developing future generations to come.Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for finance related queries.Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Processing and issuing invoices using Sage
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to answers and action any relevant queries
  • Assist Finance Manager with month-end procedures
To be successful within this role you will:
  • Be hardworking, taking pride in the work you produce
  • Have the ability to work both independently or as part of a team
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable
