Summary: Achieve the required level of training in the relevant areas within the R&D department that involves culturing mammalian cells in flasks and small-scale bioreactors while helping alongside with the good maintenance of the laboratories. Key Accountabilities:Prepare media and feeds from basal components. Culture mammalian cell lines in flasks and small-scale bioreactors and perform analytical procedures as required by the project. Write a high-quality report about the project and present the findings alongsidethe client staff. Keep electronic laboratory notebooks to a high standard and contribute to the routine maintenance of the laboratory space and equipment. Use statistical techniques such as Design of Experiments and be confident with computers and willingto learn automation. Contribute to re-organizing cryopreserved vial storage system. Perform other duties as assigned.Education-Required: BSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry.
