Job Description

Technical Support Engineer (08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday)Cambridge£38-48K with attractive benefits package including company performance related bonus, private healthcare, pension, dental plan, life assurance, early closing on Fridays and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.Technical Support Engineer:

  • Experience working in a technical helpdesk B2B customer support role within a software/hardware product development organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Wireless communications product support background (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) desirable
  • UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years
  • Full clean UK driving licence and own car for occasional trave
