You will initially work at home within the UK and then at the RSC’s Cambridge UK office for at least 2 days per week, in line with guidance.As a Team Administrator for Legal and Procurement for the RSC, you will provide vital administrative support to the RSC’s Legal Services and Procurement Teams. The Legal Services Team is directly involved in and responsible for all the legal aspects of the RSC’s activities, supporting all directorates including publishing, education, technology, marketing, events and sales. The Procurement Team is the first port of call for all directorates when they are engaging with new or existing suppliers and is directly involved in ensuring that the correct due diligence for suppliers is undertaken and that contracts follow an appropriate life-cycle. These teams manage legal risk and the contract life-cycle for the RSC globally.In this role you will support these teams generally with administrative work across all areas, delivering a high quality service and working collaboratively with other internal clients within the RSC to ensure that tasks are carried out and coordinated efficiently. With your professional, confident and diligent manner and exceptional communication skills, you will work effectively with internal and external clients.
