Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support AssistantFull Time and Part Time Positions Salary: £70 - £80 a day (Depending on experience) CambridgeshireI am currently working with a fantastic school on an exciting new role in the Cambridgeshire area. We are seeking caring, enthusiastic individuals who havea passion or interest in working with children and young people who have additional learning needs.Starting as soon as possible, the school are looking for both part time and full time staff to join them in September.The School: Ofsted rating Good and Outstanding Specialise in Autism and Aspergers Cater for primary and secondary aged pupils A well-established school that is growing in pupil numbers due to obtaining a new building to expand the school Each lesson provides a new and exciting challenge, often with learning going beyond simply being based in the classroomThe Role: Support pupils to achieve personal learning outcomes and provide the best results to the schools standards Help to create a fun and vibrant learning space for the pupils To develop an understanding of different pupils needs and adapt learning to support them To provide support for students and teacher through the entire school dayWhat you will need: The children here are very mobile and often go outside so we need people that can stay with children inside and outside To have a high level of communication and listening skills and be able to take direction To have experience as a teaching assistant (desired but not essential) Be eager to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the young people and have a passion for learningBenefits of working with Reed Education:When you work with Reed Education, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
