We are looking for someone withexperience in delivering vocational qualifications in science or environmental science who has an excellent understanding of the needs of teachers, to come and join our team for a period of 18 months. A knowledge of, or interest in, sustainability would bean advantage.OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations) is part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment.   • A passion for your subject, and the ability to be an ambassador for it with schools, the regulator and stakeholders at all levels
  • Providing high quality and knowledgeable customer service and supporting schools and teachers to deliver our qualifications
  • Providing subject input into the development of new vocational qualifications in science and sustainability
  • Growing OCRs business through the provision of insight, partnerships and stakeholder engagement
  • Quality assurance of subject content developed by external subject experts and training of assessors
About youTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Recent teaching experience and/or recent relevant work within the context of secondary education
  • Excellent subject expertise and the ability to discuss subject issues at high level with a range of stakeholders
  • An understanding of qualification delivery and assessment
  • The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences
  • The necessary behaviours required to build successful partnerships and relationships
  • Experience of successfully delivering projects on time
