And we speak up to influence the people making decisions that affectus all.We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong strategic acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate the programme management of the publishing businesses strategic initiatives and change management activities to ensurethe desired business outcomes are achieved.The Strategic Programme Manager position has a strategic role within the organisation working closely with key stakeholders across the business to development and deliver the Publishing Strategy via the delivery roadmap.The successful candidate will have significant experience of programme and project management and will use this experience to develop strategic priorities.About You:Essential: Significant experience of programme and project management, roadmap development and management, directing strategic recommendations and decisions Experience working across multiple projects and implementations at the same time and able to accurately choose the appropriate project management methodology for the task in hand. Demonstrates a sound understanding of our customers and their requirements Experience in business impact and KPI development and reporting Experience in risk management and mitigation A good honours degree (in science preferred) Proven ability to effectively interact with and influence key stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A sound knowledge of budgets and cost management Good organisational and time-management skills, together with the ability to work under pressure Deadline orientated and goal-driven complimented with sensitivity to the high quality standards and reputation management.
