We are currently recruiting aRetail BranchManagerto join a national retailer supplying the trade industryon apermanentbasis based in Cambridge. This role will be working rotating shifts between6.45am-8.15pmMon-Sun, with a salary of up to£27,250.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will haveoverall management and operational responsibilityfor the everyday running of the store,ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will take ownership forrecruiting, training, stock management, auditing and achieving sales targets.You will lead, mentor and nurture your team to be the best they can be whilst ensuring your store is successful.It is essential that you have aproven track record in commercial Stores Management, with a hands-on and collaborative approach. Your emphasis will be ondeveloping and mentoringyour team into future leaders and you will haveproven experience of driving footfall within a retail environment. You must be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a real “can do” attitude.
