This is an opportunity for a leading life-sciences business who are looking for a Software Test Manager / QA Manager to join their team.As Software Test Manager, you will play an essential role in the development their suite of regulated medical devices, as part of a wider product team.You will also build a testing framework that will guide requirement drafting and testing processes. Additionally, you will have the objective of building the testing team over time.The role is suited for experienced tester of cloud-based products, with experience of building automated test frameworks.Responsibilities:-Build and grow a testing team.-Work closely with product and engineering teams to write requirements that are testable.-Develop testing protocols and set up automated test frameworks for healthcare products that will meet relevant regulatory requirements, including IEC 62304: 2006.-Write and perform tests on software.Experience required:-3+ years of experience at Test Manager, responsible for the development of automated test frameworks in an industry or research setting.-Experience as a medical device software tester writing ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 tests.-Experienced working with cloud-based environments, and in Agile frameworks.-Passionate about building the future of healthcare.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.This is the chance to shape the automation testing methodology and approach for a company making a significant contribution to healthcare.
