Software Support EngineerThe RoleThere will be opportunities for application development in PL/SQL and Python and to contribute to the overall Development operations processes for the PARIS team. PARIS is developed using an agile methodology and you will have tasks as part of the sprintcycles which are run using a Kanban framework.As an integral member of the PARIS team you will work with the wider department to ensure we deliver an unrivalled solution for our customers, while reporting directly to the Support Team Leader.Customer engagement is central to this role and you will have shared responsibility for managing customer expectations with regards to support based activities.
