SOC Analyst - SIEM, SOC, Analyst, EDR, Microsoft, Security, Cloud, £25,000 - £35,000, Fully remote!My client is highly capable IT Security provider with specialist knowledge in cloud security, they have continued to grow despite the economy and they are expanding again. They are a truly forward thinking IT Security expert, collaborating with householdnames.Why wouldnt you want to joinAbout you:- Proven experience of operating in a SOC (Security Operations Centre) environment or incident type role - there is some flexibility here. - It is essential that you can communicate in a clear and concise manner please.- Sound understanding of information security basics. - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure. - SIEM (security incident and event management), EDR (endpoint detection & response), incident response, forensics, cyber-attacks, monitoring and audits. - Network traffic, packet capture and looking at a problem from multiple angles.- Enjoy investigating deep level problems. - Must be happy operating a shift pattern - please consider this before applying This is rewarding opportunity will give you the chance to expand your skills in a SOC environment, detecting early responses, learning about the Microsoft stack, finding security breaches and providing reports to clients.
