Senior Research Biologist - Mitochondrial Biology - CambridgeA drug discovery innovator in Cambridge are looking for a senior Research Biologist to join their research team.This is an excellent opportunity where you will be able to make a real difference with your work, developing products that aim to improve the patients life, taking therapeutics from inception all the way through to clinical trials.You will be utilising your mitochondrial biology expertise to develop new efficacious medicines that will transform the lives of the patients. You will be the mitochondria subject matter expert within the team and will be working closely with chemists andother biologists on new research projects.Reporting directly to the CSO you will be afforded with the freedom and autonomy to make this role your own and will be provided with all the tools you need to be a success in this position.The companys target time to market is two to three years and they are well backed by their parent organisation. This means that you get all the benefits and fun of working in a start-up, coupled with long-term security.
