A specialist building consultancy representing leading organisations within Technology, Industrial and Pharmaceutical. Your New Role A small team of Project Management professionals have built a highly regarded reputation representing global leaders within their chosen sectors. These industries are experiencing rapid growth creating a surge in demand for their services. We are thereforeworking together to strengthen their project team.We are interested in speaking with ambitious and talented MRICS Project Managers capable of managing their own portfolio of projects.You will take full autonomy of projects from concept to completion across a range of contract types which will range in value and complexity - but typically more than £5m. This is a fully client facing role working closely with the client / end user, consultants,and contractors. Providing full client briefs, monitoring progress, and providing expert advice to ensure successful project delivery.We want to speak with Chartered Project Managers with at least 3 years post qualification experience within a client facing Project Management role - ideally with a consultancy or client focused business. Candidates will be considered from a variety of backgrounds(for example PQS, Building Surveyor), but must have current and detailed experience managing complex projects.This is a genuine career opportunity with one of the most respected consultants in the region.
