If this is you then we would love to receive your application.Your primary responsibility will be line managing our outstanding engineers: work with them to set accountabilities and objectives, perform performance evaluations and assist them in developing their careers.You will also mentor and coach other line managers, encouraging a consistently excellent line management experience for all the engineers in the team.Last but not least, you will craft the team culture and norms, identify gaps in becoming a high performing team and act on them, improve development practices and collaboration within and outside the team among others.Apart from your primary focus on team dynamics, you will also work with product, technology and project managers, technical leads and your team to analyse, plan and deliver against incoming requirements.Required skills and experienceYou will need relevant experience as an engineering manager and a good degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
