Job Description

Senior Account Manager - UtilitiesRemote or Cambridge based£50-60k + commission + benefitsMUST HAVES:

  • Experience and network in the Utilities sector
  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorships
  • background in Sales / Account Management
.My client a successful Geospatial consultancy are looking to expand their Utilities Sales team and require a Senior account manager who will be responsible for 50% Hunting and 50% farming.Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and securing new customer accounts
  • Achieving revenue targets from existing accounts.
  • Responsible for creating and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Building solid relationships with key stakeholders within new and existing accounts.
  • Qualifying all opportunities and working with the Products Team to create innovative solutions for customers.
  • Preparing Bids, tenders and presentations.
.Required Skills and experience:Must have experience in the UK Utilities Sector (Gas, Electricity, Water, Renewables and Telecomms)Experience of delivering new business and account managementbackground of achieving sales targets of software products and solutions.Willingness to travel within the UKHard working, results driven, motivated by success.Desired Skills and experience:knowledge the GIS / Geospatial industry and Utility Network models.Knowledge of ArcGIS products.Data management experience.
