Due to their ever-continuous success and growth anopportunity has arisen for a bioscience scientist to join their In Vivo Expressed Biologics team.Your new roleIf you have understanding of AAV viral vectors to support AAV optimization for gene therapy projects, then this will be a perfect role for you. You will play a key role in planning and performing practical molecular biology-based activities such as DNA plasmidconstruction using a variety of cloning techniques, AAV vectors in cell transfection experiments and AAV viral packaging and purification. This role will let you demonstrate your skill set in molecular and cellular biology helping elevate your career. What youll need to succeedSeveral years experience in a lab-based role focusing on molecular, cellular and biochemical techniques with hands-on experience in practical molecular biology techniques related to plasmid vector design and manipulation. Experience in mammalian cell cultureand transfection with DNA.
