Job Description

Sales Support Co-ordinatorRole OverviewB2B Sales Support Co-ordinator /Remote Working/directly report to National Sales Manager /Award winning uber successful family business.Do you have outstanding customer communication skills combined with a B2B sales administration background Are you looking to expand your experience and take the next step in your careerThe successful candidate will work directly for My Clients National Sales Manager. Your principal role as Sales Support Co-ordinator will encompass an interesting and wide range of activities including:

  • Proactively assisting with the management of all inbound and outbound sales enquiries. This involves handling inbound and making outbound calls, general sales administration, preparing quotations, processing orders and helping to ensure that we alwaysdeliver a consistently professional service to our clients.
  • Liaising with our Project & Engineering Managers as well as the Fleet Support Desk ensuring that everyone has the necessary information to allow the work to successfully proceed.
  • Helping to build long term client relationships by delivering a consistently responsive service with a friendly and professional manner
  • Inputting and managing data within a CRM system
  • Helping to identify and secure new business in existing and new markets. This may encompass a variety of online, telephone and email activities including a level of market research and competitor analysis.
  • Validating Fleet Project Lists. Where we are involved in projects for fleet clients, vehicle lists are often submitted to my Client on spreadsheets, and in addition to other functions, you will be responsible for initially seeing that such lists contain the necessary information in the correct format.
  • You will also be involved in a variety of other activities in support of the sales function of the business.
This will be a busy and exciting role offering plenty of scope for the successful candidate to develop a wide range of skills.Benefits

Essential Experience / Skills
  • Proven experience within a customer service and/or sales / sales support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively at all levels
  • A strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation - This will be a busy and hopefully rewarding role and whilst you will have plenty of support around you, we are very much looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Windows Based Computer and MS Office literate - You should be competent using a Windows based computer running a variety of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
    • My client usse Office 365 which means that we have the latest versions of MS Office products. Within MS Word, you should be able to layout information in tables and complete mail/email merges. Within PowerPoint, you shouldbe able to produce a presentation, apply templates, incorporate images and tables from other documents and apply transitions. Within Excel, you should be able to freeze panes, resize/format/sort cells/columns, and rows as well as utilise basic functions.
