Job Description

Are you looking for a role that will keep you on your toes, that has extensive interaction with both candidates and team mates, a role that covers the full 180 recruitment spectrum, one that allows you to be independent, work with some of the best educationrecruiters in the industry and that is extremely rewardingIf so, then we have the role for you here at Reed Education. I am looking for someone to come and join the team immediately/January 2024.In return for a great working environment, a company that looks after you, and a business that is going from strength to strength all we need is the following:

  • The ability to work at a fast pace and work well under pressure
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Intermediate/advanced excel skills
  • Knowledge of RTW, Visas and work permits and high compliance (beneficial, but full training given)
  • Happy to communicate at all levels with ease (via telephone and email)
  • An understanding of Payroll (again beneficial but not essential)
  • Some experience of recruitment & selection (big advantage!)
The job role:
  • Searching a huge database and phishing for great candidates
  • Writing effective job adverts to attract the best education professionals
  • Searching for candidates on job boards
  • Calling through to pre-screen both active and passive candidates
  • Setting up interviews
  • Obtaining relevant documents from the candidates at registration
  • Sending off and chasing referees to obtain suitable references
  • Liaising with the back office screening/compliance team in order to get candidates fully vetted and ready for work
  • Supporting the team (consultants) to find relevant candidates for their open jobs
  • Increasing a pool of candidates for local schools
