TEC Partners are pleased to have partnered with a well-funded point of care diagnostics medical device company who are addressing how molecular diagnostics will have an impact on how infectious diseases are managed at a point of care.As a reagent Development Scientist, reporting to the Head of Reagent Development, you will be part of the biology team working to develop highly sensitive reagent systems for the point of care platform. You will work as part of the team responsible for thedevelopment of buffers and RT-PCR reagents capable of supporting rapid sample to result molecular test.You will liaise and collaborate with scientific engineering teams to develop reagent solutions compatible with the in-house hardware and work with their in house manufacturing and reagent production teams to develop and evaluate novel and improved solutions.You will ensure the reagents are optimised for the needs of rapid amplification reaction and perform optically with their fluidic consumables.Reagent Development Scientist Requirements
