Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting administrationof the QMS, and assisting with the investigation of Quality issues. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and R&D team, assisting with auditing activities and ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and regulations. You will form a key partof the Quality department, and benefit from a fantastic company culture with a company which is renowned for its great staff retention.The role:

  • Support the administration of the eQMS, in accordance with standards and regulations
  • Support and assist with investigative activities relating to Quality (external and internal), identify the root cause and implementing remedial actions
  • Manage tracking systems to ensure that the QMS is in a controlled state and is compliant with policies, SOPs, best practices, and requirements for the following, as applicable: Approved Supplier List, Audits (internal/external), QIs, Complaints, Non-Conformances,CAPAs, RCAs, and Change Control
  • Support the management of the calibration system
The person:
  • Experience in a QA role or similar
