Job Description

Our client, a forward-thinking and rapidly growing medical technology company, are urgently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join their expanding team. This position requires a candidate with a strong technical background who is experiencedin establishing Quality Management Systems, hosting internal and external audits as well as being the point of contact throughout the business for Quality and Regulatory measures.Quality Manager As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for improving supplier, internal and external quality measures determining the continual effectiveness of the site quality systems and procedures. In essence, you will be the subject matter expert for all thingsquality and provide guidance throughout the business to ensure regulatory and operational compliance, ensuring internal and external are met before the product reaches customers.Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Deliver highest levels of Quality while continuously improving new parts coming in, internal processes and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage corrective action and preventative action plan of non-conformances and non-compliant findings
  • Set guidelines on what requires to be checked and what the current quality standards are
  • Assure reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews along with further relevant documentation
  • Ensure all legal and compliance standards are met
  • Liaise with customers regarding their Quality expectations are met
  • Supervise and guide quality department
Quality Manager Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Significant and demonstrated experience designing and improving quality in a commercial manufacturing setting
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write concise technical reports
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Green/Black belt in Six Sigma is desirable
  • Certification of quality control is advantageous (ISO 9001)
