My client, a well-known manufacturer and supplier of bespoke products for the aerospace sector, are looking to expand their Quality team with the introduction of 5 new Inspectors to help with a scale up of new work planned over the coming weeks.Subject to a recent buy out and already seeing heavy investment in their Cambridgeshire based site, they now work as part of a larger group supplying components to both existing clients and to group wide users and vendors. As Quality Inspector, your role will be to ensure products are inspected to the correct requirements, specifications and materials as agreed with the customer. Working closely with the wider business, you will also ensure that products manufactured onsite areconforming with the relevant design data and specifications and release that product in line with the correct release documentation.Ideally you will be experienced in the use of hand measuring equipment such as rulers, callipers, gauges and micrometers to inspect, test and measure parts. A background in reading technical drawings and datasheets to interpret the correct process for eachpart is essential, as well as experience or background in working to AS9102/FAIRs regulations on a variety of components and sub-assemblies.My client are offering contract and permanent opportunities, working a 37 hour week on a Monday to Friday basis with excellent rates of pay and benefits. If you are interested in this role, please apply below or call Kris Feaviour at Revision Recruitment
