Role: Python Developer (Data Science)Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 + bensLocation: Fully remote My client is a leading provider of manufacturing, logistics and consultancy services. The Group provides support services to businesses in a wide variety of sectors, with productivity and efficiency at the heart of what they do. With continued success, they are experiencing a real purple patch of growth currently, and looking to add to their Data Science team. Overview:*Develop applications and features using: Python, JavaScript, as well as HTML5 and CSS. *Be responsible for ensuring that clean, robust, and pragmatic code is delivered and maintained.*Build, customise, and maintain both backend and frontend applications using open-source tools*Business Intelligence platforms, advanced analytics applications, dashboards and data visualisation applications; as well as custom ETL pipelines*Work with your team to design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards*You will be encouraged to use open source tools and components wherever possible Skills: *Expertise in Python*Knowledge of Python libraries (Numba)*Have an understanding of modern frontend development, including: HTML5, CSS and ES6+ JavaScript (ReactJS is a bonus) *PostgreSQL*SQLAlchemy*Linux OS*Django / Flask / Plotly dash*C (desirable)Keywords: Python / C / ETL / WMS / Flask / OPENERP / DjangoAny questions please call and ask to speak to Sam Payne, or alternatively email
