Role: Senior Project Lead / Project ManagerLocation: CambridgeshireSalary: Up to £65,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Fantastic Company PackageAs the Senior Project Lead / Project Manager, you will play a vital part within the business overseeing various projects of up to £15m across various sites in the country. The company is an international business that are known as a number one giant withintheir market. Your role as the Senior Project Lead / Project Manager will be to take full autonomy of various projects within the business their food manufacturing sites. You will need to be able to or have an understanding of the following:* Deliver a strategic UK capital plan for the business across the sites over UK* Manage a range of small and large projects across the UK up to £15m * Provide Project and Systems support * Manage the companies SMART Flow system allowing accurate project information to be given* Manage the multifunctional project team members per project* Take control of the UK total fund of up to £85m* Ensuring full life cycle of projects from delivery phase, to full commissioning of the project, to sign off* Ensure Health and Safety compliance across the board* Ensure CDM compliance for all projects* Ensure GMP by maintaining high GMP standards in line with food industry best practisesThe successful candidate will need to be, or need to have:* A time-served apprentice within electrical or mechanical that has worked their way through the ranks* A strong FMCG or Food Manufacturing (ideally) background* Someone that is approachable and able to lead a multifunctional team* A good understanding of maintenance best practises and CMMS systems* IOSH qualified (ideally)* NEBOSH qualified (ideally)The starting salary offered is up to £65,000 per annum with a car, or car allowance based on a Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) shift pattern.If successful, you will benefit from:* Great opportunity for personal development - internal progression.* Free parking* Company Training* 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (option to buy and sell annual leave)* Medical Benefit scheme* Access to a discounted product storeThe first stage of the application process is to apply online.
