Job Description

Production / Testing OperativeStart Date: ASAPLocation: Cambridge Science Park, CambridgeshireHours: Monday - Thursday 2:45pm - 10pm. Friday 12:20pm - 9:15pmSalary: £12.48. Per Hour + holiday payTo be suitable for this role you must have a good attention to detail and have previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.Duties:

  • You will run multiple testers in parallel.
  • Testing of gas filled flash lamps.
  • Placing the lamps back into their trays and writing down the test results on a manual test sheet.
  • Quality inspection of the lamps before placing them onto the jigs.
  • Handling the products with care and attention.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work repetitive tasks.
  • Self-organization to run multiple machines in parallel
  • Hard working and reliable.
