Job OverviewThis is an outstanding and new opportunity to join the Arm Quality Engineering team!The Customer Quality Engineer role is passionate about proactively engaging with Arm customers to understand their quality requirements whilst partnering with engineering teams to ensure high quality across Arm products and processes is maintained and continuouslyimproved.Lead quality engagement with customers and provide quality leadership. Build closer relationships with lead partners, lead, analyse, and interpret Quality voice-of-the-customer into continuous improvements and collaborate with the key engineering and projectmanagement teams.Be part of the team that supports partner concern for Quality issues and help to assure and ensure that incidents are prioritised, handled and recorded in the Problem record. At the same time, appropriate measures are taken to prevent issues from arisingagain.Will have the chance to work with Arm forward-thinking cross-functional teams on root causing and preventing customer impact issues while communicating with customers.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with developed Quality, customer orientation and analytical skills who can identify performance problems in both technical and process contexts to enhance the overall service we provide to our customers.Your close collaboration with Arm customers will lead to understanding customer quality challenges and driving their resolution with the goal of improving overall customer happiness and confidence in the best IP in the world. We build innovative and groundbreakingmethodologies and approaches to ensure the highest quality of products.This role works closely with customers, engineering, and/or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met while assuring customers are satisfied with the product and service quality performance.Required Skills and Experienced
