Our client, a Cambridge College wishes to appoint a Multi-Skilled Trader to join their Maintenance Department.Multi-Skilled Trader Salary: £25,591 per annum (subject to an upcoming cost of living review)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks)Contract Type: Permanent, subject to 6 months probationReporting to the Head of Buildings and Maintenance, the Multi-Skilled Trader will work as part of a team to provide high quality maintenance and refurbishment of College properties. As a Multi Trader the role will give the successful candidate the opportunityto apply and develop their skills in a wide variety of settings, including across the Colleges portfolio of heritage buildings, while at all times complying with established procedures for health and safety working practices.If you are able to demonstrate significant experience in trade-related general maintenance work, they would be excited to meet you. A recognised trade/vocational qualification would be an advantage.There is the opportunity for salary progression through performance-based increments.
