Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor (Anaerobic Digestion / Renewable Energy)Mobile role (Cambridgeshire and West) £45,000 + Van & PackageAD Energy are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join a blue chip energy client in the Cambridgeshire area.. The Maintenance Supervisor will be working in a mobile role covering multiple Anaerobic Digestion plants in the area. This role would be ideal for someone from the energy industry who has worked in a similar type role with supervisory experience.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Maintenance Technicians across multiple AD Sites.
  • Management of the sites CMMS system implementing planned preventative maintenance requirements.
  • Management of maintenance sub-contractors.
  • Working alongside other functions when necessary such as Operations.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standard of health and safety.
  • Working closely with the Plant Managers and Maintenance Manager.
    • Skills & Qualifications
  • At least five years Supervisory/Management in a maintenance/engineering role on a Power Station or other Renewable Energy or Process Plant. This can include Energy from Waste, CCGT, Coal or Biomass.
  • Ideally you will have extensive experience of hands on maintenance in power generation, preferably with solid knowledge of pressure parts systems, rotating plant, steam plant and boilers
  • Experience of managing budgets and in the training and development of staff
  • Experienced in managing maintenance teams, shift rotas, resource planning etc.
