Job Description

JOB AD:What you will be doing:

  • Deploying state of the art models, trained on production size data sets
  • Optimizing GPU systems for training performance
  • Using data augmentation techniques to improve production model performance
  • Using a range of inference optimization techniques, such as model distillation, quantization, model pruning
  • Helping to define and implementing best practice ways of working.
  • Keeping up to speed with latest research to drive company strategy
The following are advantageous:
  • At least 2 years experience in training machine learning models for production applications
  • Masters or PhD in related scientific or engineering field with good theoretical understanding of machine learning/deep learning.
  • Use of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience in optimizing GPU for training performance
  • Knowledge of model compression techniques such as reduced precision or model pruning
  • Experience using C++ or other high performance software language
  • Attention to detail, good communication and documentation skills.
