Job Description

Legionella Risk AssessorCambridge£32,000-£37,000 + Benefits (D.O.E)One Our clients who specialise in technical compliance services now has an exciting vacancy for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their award-winning team. They provide assessments, management and maintenance for all types of water systemsensuring the safety of all their customers.They have been steadily growing while many other companies have struggled and now have been award a large contract in the Cambridge area. They require a talented risk assessor to come in and hit the ground running, joining an established water hygiene/legionellacontrol team. They are a fully mobilised company meaning there is no need to travel to the office and put trust in their staff to complete all works without interference. This being said you will be supported whenever needed by all members of the team andthere are ongoing training and development opportunities for anyone looking to progress.If you are a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor looking for a fresh challenge in 2023 then this could be the perfect thing to start the New Year with a exciting role.Legionella Risk Assessor Key Responsibilities:

  • To complete legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the ACOP L8 and HSG274 manually and electronically.
  • Drawing of schematic diagrams.
  • Provide technical support where required.
  • To ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed KPI timescales.
  • To carryout remedial works in response to quoted works.
  • Carry out PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Ensure all site L8 logbooks are up to date and accurate.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • You must have a full UK driving licence to be considered.
  • City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing.
  • At least 1 years post qualification experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply.
  • Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP. HSG274 and any other relevant guidance
  • Fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise, organised and must be self-motivated.
