A global pharmaceutical firm are looking to bring in a HR Associate to join their team based in Cambridge for an initial six month period. This role will give you the opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals as part of a high performing team including Talent Acquisition and the Associate HR Director. The Junior HRBP will execute day to day HR tasks and will be expected in the Cambridge office up to 3 times per week, with great flexibility in the role for WFH. You will be in charge of onboarding new starts, conducting inductions and ensuring that new employees transition seamlessly into their role. The Junior HRBP will also conduct exit interviews and facilitate training for several members of staff with the opportunity to get involved in some project work. Experience with an HR system is preferred, particularly Workday. Required skills
