Job: Junior UK Engineer Location: Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Bishop Stortford,. Travelling the South East area. Salary: £26,000 (raise to £28,000 after 6 month Probation period) Hours: Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend cover My client is looking for a Junior engineer to join their UK based team to cover the south east areas. As a family run business with three worldwide locations they supply veterinarians throughout the world with high quality dental products. The appropriate candidate will be experienced in driving and hold a full UK clean driving License. and have some installation and repair experience. A current passport will be necessary as there can be opportunity of European travel. The job will involve, completing equipment installations at the clients premises and give basic first use training to groups of up to 10-12 people. To diagnose and repair iM3 equipment installed at the clients premises. To complete annual services of the clients equipment on site. To liaise with a central UK based service controller in the planning and execution of the above throughout a Southeastern region of the UK (there may be some travel out of this region when necessary) To assist in the transportation and assembly of products at various regional and UK Central trade fairs where our UK & European sales managers will demonstrate the equipment to gain sales orders. To assist in the dismantling, packing and transportation ofthis equipment after these events. To assist in the transportation and assembly of dental treatment equipment loaned to Veterinary practical congress lecture events, and to assist in the cleaning and removal of this equipment after the event. This role does require Travelling around the UK, and the initial training will involve a short stay at their Irish HQ where accommodation and travel expenses will be paid for with possible annual visits.
