You will deliver projectwork, jump on the helpdesk, liaise with the board, mentor the apprentice, manage 3rd parties, deliver the IT strategy and support a great business. There is a huge pipeline of projects, from high availability pairing to new telephony and a huge office move and refit next year. The future of IT here is big, with expansion plans, great ambitions and more.What do we need from youGood experience as a hands-on IT Manager, ready to step up and grow with them.Hands-on experience with Windows IT infrastructure and services (WinSvr, AD, GPOs, 0365 Management)Experience of networking fundamentalsAble to steer and manage 3rd party IT service providers in a hybrid support modelAble to work collaboratively and bring people onside - diplomatic, considered and confidentAble to prepare and sell a business case at Board levelAbility to work independently and lead a teamWe will pay you £55,000 - £65,000 p.a.
