  • Internal sales position selling a range of construction products such as: concretes, mortars, sport surfaces, paint, coverings, flooring systems
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Lead generation
  • Account management of existing customers
  • Elements of building and developing new client relationships
  • Possessing a good understanding of the product range
  • Responding to customer queries and providing advise
  • Working in an internal sales team of 3
The ideal applicant will be Internal Telesales Executive - Construction Hire with:
  • Must have sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience on the telephone
  • Highly organised, motivated and driven
  • Must be energetic and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Must be computer literate
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
  • Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
