Whether its treatment for an emergency, acute condition, pregnancy or long-term illness, they believe that every patient deserves the highest qualityof care available.The individuals who support the organisation are the lifeblood of the charity - they are the heroes who make possible the extraordinary projects that they deliver which make Addenbrookes even better.As the Individuals Marketing Lead you will be responsible for delivering a programme of marketing to the charitys warm supporters, including cash appeals and email marketing, that aim to increase the value and commitment of existing supporters - workingclosely with colleagues in the Individuals Marketing and wider Donor Care Team to understand how the warm activities drive ever greater levels of giving and commitment. As well as activities to generate cash income, you will also be responsible for the marketingof legacies to the charitys existing supporters - legacies are one of they largest sources of income and predicted to grow substantially over the coming years - and by bringing your experience and creativity youll help them grow the number of supporterswho want to make this valuable commitment.Youll be working closely with colleagues who have specific responsibility for acquisition of new supporters and driving loyalty to make sure that the Individuals Marketing programme - from the moment someone joins the database to the moment they leave -is joined up, effective and offers an excellent supporter experience.To ApplyIf you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable charitable trust, then please do not hesitate in applying with your CV and a covering letter.The closing date for applications is 10th April 2022.
