This full-time temporary (1823 months) role is based at our Cambridge office and we can consider flexible workingif you are available on a 35 hours per week basis.Responsibilities:The role of Inclusion & Diversity Advisor aligns with our work on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and will champion, facilitate, and advise on all aspects of equality of opportunity and diversity in all our activities as an employer and to continueto promote and embed a true culture of inclusion.You will be part of our HR team and will work closely with our HR Manager, Employee Experience as well as our Employee Networks and others across the organisation, to develop and drive forward our inclusion and diversity strategy.Requirements:Significant experience of working within diversity and inclusion, preferably within a HR team, with a relevant qualification or evidence of ongoing professional development.Proven track record of developing and implementing inclusive best practices and initiatives.Good knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion issues, best practice and legislation.Well-connected within the diversity and inclusion field and a strong network.Experience of using HRIS and ATS to prepare, analyse and interpret confidential/sensitive data and statistical information.At the Royal Society of Chemistry, we support development and offer excellent benefits.If you are interested, please apply before the end of our closing date.You may have experience of the following: Inclusion & Diversity Advisor, Strategy Advisor, Inclusion Manager, Diversity Manager, Inclusion Advisor, Diversity Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion, Project Officer, HR Officer, Equality and Diversity, HR Advisor,etc.Ref: 100194
