IAM Portfolio Lead - £100,000- £110,000 + Excellent Benefits- Fully Remote - FTSE 100 ConsultancyOverview:An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading FTSE 100 consultancy for an IAM Portfolio Lead. This is a senior role reporting to the Director of Security Portfolio and will provide security technical expertise and project leadership for the Identity andaccess management team.The IAM portfolio lead is a member of the global security team and works closely with the other members of the team to develop and implement a comprehensive security identity program with associated governance and KPIs.Role & Responsibilities: Implement a formal portfolio to enhance and centralise the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function reporting progress to the Director of Security Portfolio, other key stakeholders in line with the central PMO and security portfolio principles and approaches. Manage and deliver a large scale IAM lifecycle program and projects from initiation to closure. Analyses, defines, and prioritizes the business functional specifications for IAM initiatives. Helps to develops project scope, charter, constraints, and assumptions for assigned projects. Centrally manages user security and entitlement reviews and certifications, as well as interfacing with internal clients and external vendors. Manage the dashboards, KPIs and governance to report on a productive, and efficient IAM.Skills & Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Information security including Identity and Access Management. Extensive knowledge of portfolio/programme / project management best practices, tools, and techniques. Extensive knowledge and experience with privileged identity management, access governance and other IAM solutions such as Active Directory, Okta, Saviynt, Arcos, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc. Must be able to review application security and make recommendations for improvements At least 5 years work experience in delivery of Identity and Access Management project/programs.
