The team provides a comprehensive and dedicated generalist HR advice in line withcurrent legislation, best practice and organisational policies including Safeguarding.Every day is different, and a sound HR knowledge and experience is essential in dealing with a wide range of casework, staff engagement projects, recruitment and organisational development.From teaching and pastoral care to school life, everything we do at St Mary’s is for the benefit of our students.
