Head of Employee RelationsUp to £72,000 + excellent benefits, 35 days holiday and strong pension and other benefitsCambridge, Hybrid 2 - 3 days a weekThis is an exciting opportunity to set up the ER function which will support all escalated case work across this organisation of 12000 employees.Due to an organisational design, and due additional funding, this is a new role, you will set up and build an Employee Relations team, working on escalated cases including complex and up to ET. This is an exciting opportunity to really add value and makea difference to the organisationBased in Cambridge on a hybrid model, initially youll be in the office a bit more, but then approx. 2 - 3 days a week.
