Maintanance EngineerMon -FridaySalary - circa £27,000Our client specialises in providing mechanical and electrical building services and building fabrics repair to multiple sectors inclusive of commercial offices, education, critical environments, retail sites, shopping centres, local authorities, distributionand logistics, and manufacturers.Working on a pharmaceutical contract in Cambridge, the fabric engineer will be working closely with the engineering team and facilities manager and will be tasked to proactively accomplishing the everyday facilities/maintenance requirements of their clientwithin the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.Key Tasks:PPMs and minor reactive workWater risk assessment dutiesEmergency light testsAbility to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service executionRequirements:Experience working within a similar roleCarpentry / joinery / plumbing / electrical qualificationsLegionella Awareness Training (desirable)Must have a good attitude to workExcellent client facing skills & experience working within the building service environmentPackage:Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on skills & experience)Working Monday - Friday, 0800 - 170033 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidaysOngoing training and supportOpportunities for progressionIf you are interested in this multi skilled engineer role please apply with your CV, or for more information call Sion Evans on or email
