The role will undertake a 15-month training programmes spanning various business areas to develop a sales deployment individual to shape the future of the company.This role will be an active part of a customer focused global sales and marketing team. This team will help drive maximum sales efficiency through he development and distillation of effective sales materials and approaches and through the training and sale in product and solutions positioning to ensure effectiveness and consistency on a worldwide basis.This involved working with international teams; product management, marketing and sales to ensure there is a consistent message to market worldwide. This is a sales enablement role - someone acting and as the global conduit between functions and the key specialist in ensuring they have the right tools to facilitate sales.The requirementsThe successful candidate is likely to have a BSc in a relevant field and will be looking to move out of academia and drive their career with-in the commercial market.
