Global Digital Administrator An exciting opportunity at a Multinational Pharmaceutical company for a Global DIGITAL Administrator to come and join the team on a 12 month contract. Location: Cambridge Pay rate: 15.54 per hour PAYE Duration: 12 months Role summary:As the UK GCDI Administrator, you will support a global team of Digital Directors in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting area within the Commercial business. In this role, you will provide administrative support for a high-performing team across the ExperienceDesign, Omnichannel and Digital Health groups within GCDI. You will partner with them to ensure the productivity and exceptional delivery of all admin-led processes/services, including onboarding new joiners, managing office seating and room bookings, organizingLeadership Team calendars, managing purchase orders (POs), coordinating with other business unit administrators, following-up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables, and other supporting tasks as required. Responsibilities/Duties Include: Provides administrative support services to senior GCDI Leaders including; calendar management, organising office logistics, travel & T&E supportManages Purchase Orders (POs) and tracks UK team budget spend Proficient utilisation of company systems, processes and technology to provide real-time support for the UK GCDI team Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges, ensuring delivery of day-to-day administrative activities and programmesEstablishes and maintain a robust professional network across the GCDI and the wider administrative group Skills: Recent graduate at Batchelors level or higherGood written and oral communication skillsStrong IT literacy, comfortable with meeting agenda creation using PowerPointDetail oriented and able to draw insights and conclusions from financial informationAbility to work in a cross functional and highly collaborative environmentTalent for fast paced, highly diverse work across multiple work streams Experience in administration / support of business IT systemsExperience in the health sectorPlease apply by sending your CVs to
